REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY


If a pet is found to be unhealthy at the time of acquisition, as confirmed by a Licensed Veterinary Clinic, the seller agrees to accept the return of the pet and issue a store credit for the amount paid by the buyer. Please note that shipping fees and other additional expenses are not covered.

In cases where the buyer is dissatisfied with the pet, or due to circumstances such as theft, toilet training issues, the appearance of allergies within the household, or similar, the buyer is not entitled to a refund or any other compensation from the seller.

If at any point in the future you find that the pet can no longer remain a part of your home, please contact the seller before making alternative arrangements. The pet should never be surrendered to a rescue organization or humane society, but should instead be returned to the seller for re-homing if necessary. No refund will be provided in this case.

RETURN POLICY FOR PET PRODUCTS

Please ensure that all order details are accurate. We are not responsible for errors such as spelling mistakes or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

If you wish to return or exchange a pet product that is in good condition, the buyer is responsible for all shipping and return shipping costs.



Please note that shipping delays do not qualify as a reason for return.
