PURCHASE PROCESS
HOW TO BUY A PUPPY/ DOG FROM DOODLE HAVEN PUPPIES
STEP ONE:
Visit our available puppy profiles. We have numerous puppies with great temperaments that match your desired choice. Inquire about the puppies you're interested in and contact us either by phone or email. Due to the high demand for our puppies, we strongly advise placing your order and reserving your chosen puppy to ensure you don’t miss out.
STEP TWO:
Pay for your puppy or contact us to make a reservation (a 50% deposit is required to reserve a puppy). We accept credit cards and bank transfers for all orders. Contact our customer care team for your purchase receipt. If you are paying via Zelle transfer, a deposit of $750 is required to place the puppy on hold. The deposit is only valid for 30 days.
STEP THREE:
Sign our purchase contract agreement. After a successful order, one of our team members will contact you via email with a Purchase Agreement and Ownership Transfer certificate within 1–2 days. We will also update the puppy’s health certificate with our licensed vet to confirm your puppy’s health status before delivery.
STEP FOUR:
Each puppy will be taken to our certified vet for a recent health examination. A health certificate is required for travel (this normally takes 1 day from the date of purchase), and after the health examination, a delivery date will be scheduled (the same applies for pick up).
STEP FIVE:
Once shipping arrangements have been made (Nanny services are available for $200 for buyers in the US and $350 for buyers in Canada, with potential additional costs for buyers outside the US and Canada), full payment must be cleared prior to delivering your puppy.
STEP SIX:
Generally, a puppy will be delivered within 1 to 2 days from the date of purchase, depending on the flight nanny's delivery schedule. We reserve the right to hold a puppy for longer than the estimated delivery date if we feel the puppy is not ready to go. Cancellations are accepted under our cancellation policy, and payments are REFUNDABLE only for valid reasons.
STEP SEVEN:
One of our caring and competent in-flight nannies will take utmost care of your puppy from our store to your delivery address or pick-up location, maintaining constant communication with the new owner. Please note that you are on their schedule, so we ask for your understanding of their time frames.
