HEALTH GUARANTEE
Every puppy purchased from us is accompanied by a 2-year health guarantee. Within 10 days of receiving your puppy, we require you to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a checkup. If the vet discovers within the first 10 days that the puppy has contracted an illness before the date of delivery, please contact us immediately.
Our puppies are 100% safe, secure, and guaranteed to be in good health and free from any signs of infection at the time we ship them to you. We take pride in saying that our relationship with you doesn’t end once you take home a puppy from us. As a family of breeders and experienced puppy counselors, we strive to ensure that nothing ever goes wrong with our puppies. However, some factors, like genetics, exercise, nourishment, and overall daily care, are beyond our control.
We understand that your puppy is irreplaceable due to the emotional bond formed, but we believe that the pain of losing a puppy can be eased by offering you another puppy of equal value. In the unlikely event of death within one year from the purchase date, or if the puppy is found to have health disorders (within one year) that adversely affect its health, we’ll replace it with another puppy of equivalent value at no cost to you. The cause of death or health disorder must be certified by a licensed vet, and we expect you to email us a copy of this health report.
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE FROM YOU
Nothing makes us happier than knowing that we’ve brought joy into your home with one of our puppies. We constantly provide health advice to help you keep your puppy healthy. Here are a few steps you should follow: Send us a copy of the health examination (medical record) within 10 business days of receiving your puppy. The examination must be carried out by a licensed vet.
Your puppy comes with age-appropriate vaccinations, so there is no need to vaccinate the puppy again right away. We deworm and vaccinate your puppy before shipping, so we expect you to continue proper deworming and regular health examinations up to 12 weeks of age or more, as recommended by your vet.
EXEPTIONS TO OUR GUARANTEE
Failure to provide your puppy with regular vet care will void this health guarantee. This guarantee does not cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes.
We require all our puppies to undergo a thorough checkup before they are shipped to you. This checkup is performed by our licensed vet, who issues the Veterinary Health reports for all our puppies. This report certifies the health condition of each puppy, covering cardiovascular, skin, coat, eyes, mouth, teeth, gums, musculoskeletal, respiratory, ears, urogenital, and gastrointestinal health.
This health report is completed on the date of shipping your puppy, ensuring their health is guaranteed. The report is reviewed for any issues or concerns noted by our veterinarian. If any serious issues are detected, the puppy will not be shipped to you. We also require you to have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within ten days of receiving the puppy.
